The Problem
Service personnel require access to the cash machines in order to service or collect from them.
The keys needed to access these cash machines can be very difficult to control and manage.
The locks on the machines must be extremely secure and therefore very expensive.
These locks will need to be re-keyed on a regular basis when personnel leave the company or
keys are lost.
The Challenge
How to control access without the difficult key management and lock re-keying?
The Solution
The owners of the cash machines can replace their existing locks with a ten-digit key pad locking device
that generates combinations daily or more often if needed.
When a service personnel needs to open the cash machine they can use the Dial a Key automated telephone device to
retrieve a combination.
When they receive the combination they enter it into the locking device, and if correct, the device will release and
the machine can be opened.
When service personnel leave the company the "Key Master" can log into our
secure website and deactivate the account and activate or add new accounts.
If the old service person attempts to retrieve the combination using Dial a Key they will receive an "Access Denied" message and
will not be given the combination.

The Benefits
There are many benefits to using the Dial a Key system, they include but not limited to:
- No locksmith
- No keys
- Detailed activity logs
- Secure
- Member access to different locations managed via a secure web site
- Combinations are changed daily at midnight (or more often if needed)
