The Problem
The complexes management requires security solutions for pool and exercise areas as well as turning lights on
for tennis and basketball courts.
The Challenge
Implementing a cost-effective solution to secure pool and exercise areas as well as turning lights on
for tennis and basketball courts.
The Solution
When a tenant wants to enter the secure pool or exercise areas, or turn on lights for tennis and
basketball courts they can simply use Dial a Key to retrieve the current combination for the doors or lights.
They can then enter the combination into the 10-digit key pad locking device and, if the combination is correct,
the door will open or the lights will come on.
When the tenant moves out of the complex the "Key Master" can log into our secure website and deactivate the
account and activate or add new accounts.
If the old tenant attempts to retrieve the combination using Dial a Key they will receive an "Access Denied" message and
will not be given the combination.
Please click here for a more detailed explanation on how to retrieve a combination using Dial a Key.
The Benefits
There are many benefits to using the Dial a Key system, they include:
- No locksmith
- No keys
- Detailed activity logs
- Secure
- Member access to different locations managed via a secure web site
- Combinations are changed daily at midnight (or more often if needed)
