Express Delivery Services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others)

The Problem

Typically when an express package is delivered and the recipient is not at home, the package is either returned to the nearest processing center, the package is left with a neighbor, or the package is left with an apartment house management center.   The express delivery person will leave a slip on the door notifying the recipient where the package can be picked up at. When the recipient returns and finds the note about the package they must then attempt to recover the package.   This can prove to be difficult, especially when the processing center is closed or the neighbor is not at home.

To raise customer satisfaction, and success rate of deliveries when the customer is not at home.

The Solution

When the package cannot be delivered successfully to the recipient, the package can be placed in a secure locker with the recipients name on it for identification purposes.   The recipient can then use Dial a Key to get the combination for the locker they need to open.   Once the recipient has the combination they can enter it into the secure lockers 10-digit key pad locking device and if the combination is correct the door will open and the recipient can retrieve there package.
